Prediction: McCain & Thompson

Write it down - February 7, 2008:
I predict McCain will choose Fred Thompson as his running mate.
They’re cordial with each other. Thompson’s seen as a “true conservative” and will supposedly pacify us rabid conservatives.
In truth, it won’t work. McCain’s boat is sunk before it ever sets sail.
But it will be interesting.
