The McCain Mutiny

McCain extends an olive branch to his conservative foes. Baloney.

Its a fake olive branch with thorns.

McCain’s mesage:

“My message will be we all share common principles, common conservative principles, and we should coalesce around those issues in which we are in agreement,” McCain said on Wednesday.

“If you agree on everything there’s something wrong. We need spirited discussion and debate on specific issues (while) sharing a common philosophy.”

Let me break it down.

1. We share no common principles with McCain. We certainly share no common conservative principle with McCain.
2. McCain’s principles include allowing 12 million illegal aliens who entered our nation illegally to stay in our nation and be granted immediate legal status AND given an expedited path to full-fledged citizenship. Its the largest legalization of criminals in our nation’s history.
3. McCain’s principles allow him to cooperate and embrace Ted Kennedy’s ideals on this. Ted Kennedy and I share no values. Apparently he and McCain do.
4. McCain’s principles allow him to stifle free speech in the name of “campaign finance reform.” Want to use the media before a campaign to exercise your free speech rights? Sorry - McCain’s values don’t permit that. Of course, McCain’s values permit the candidates to keep using the media… just not you. You’re not worthy.
5. McCain’s principles allow him to buy into the phony-baloney global warming garbage. So much so that McCain’s principles allow him to propose massive tax increases on the production of energy - the lifeblood of our economy and superpower strength.
6.  John McCain, we share no common philosphy with you. You capitulate to the liberals. You compromise the core values of conservatism. You violate the rule of law. You violate the constitution with you free-speech infringments.

We share no values and thus we’ll have no conversation.
